I am a fully qualified and insured Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist based in Witham, Essex. I studied with the renowned Sports Therapy UK in Hertford gaining my VTCT and Sports Therapy UK Level 3 Sports Massage qualification.

 

I have worked in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry for over 25yrs and have a great depth of experience in supporting people through their wellbeing journey. Having been a Personal Trainer for a number of years and an avid exerciser myself I have supported many clients in their fitness journey and, more recently, working with large FTSE 100 companies supporting their wellbeing agendas to improve the health and wellbeing of employees.

 

Helping people has been a mantra to me in life. I get a great amount of fulfilment from seeing people improve and benefit from my support. This is why I chose to embark on starting Elevate Sports and Remedial Massage. As the name suggests I want to ‘elevate’ client’s movement, body function and mood by delivering specific and personalised massages to help them achieve their goals, whether that be for a specific sporting event, recovery from an event or simply to reduce tension and tight muscles which can create unwanted stress and low mood.
